LDFB relies on the generosity of individuals, community groups, schools, churches and corporations. Your continued support helps us build food security within our community. Assiting us in bringing nutritious food to those in need.

Large donations can be droped off directly at LDFB. With large donations when possible please call us in advance.
We want to ensure all your donations make it to those in need, so to prevent waste please avoid donating items
- not made in a certified environment such as home baked-goods or food prepared in the home,
- personally wrapped meats
*The above standards are put in place by Health Canada, and are to be utilized by all food banks and food programs.

Simply swipe the $2 card located at the counter at the following participating locations Beaumont Sobeys, Devon Garden Market IGA, Leduc Shoppers Drug Mart, Leduc Sobeys. And $2 or more can be added to your bill and donated to the LDFB.
'Extra Helping'
No Frills and Extra Foods ‘Extra Helping’ National campaign runs in local communities at Christmas and in the spring. Either donate non perishable food items or make a $2 cash donation at the store checkout.
Safeway “Because You Care Hampers”
Available year round. Simply purchase $5 or $10 pre-packaged food hamper of some of our most needed items then place in the instore drop box.
